About the Speaker:
Ricardo Oliveira is obsessed by the Customer and impassioned with innovation and mobility. He was the founder of the first automotive Mystery Shopping company, 21 years ago. In 2009, after a worldwide tour, studying the Customer-experience in several Dealerships, in different countries, he founded the World Shopper brand. Since 2010, Ricardo is the mentor of the World Shopper Conference, the biggest innovation event in automotive and mobility, in Iberia. Today he is CEO at World Shopper and head of the "2025 Automotive 360º Vision" study. He has more than 61 articles and 400 videos published. Ricardo is one of the most active automotive professional in social-media (+11.000 contacts in Linkedin, active member of 50 Linkedin Groups, +5.000 professional contacts in Facebook and Instagram).
